0 comments date: author: Dejan Bizinger 6. May 2008. | category: Internet marketing news, Internet news & articles.Nielsen Online has announced that their new set of services will help marketers in managing their brands online. It is becoming very important to watch how your brand is performing not only in offline word but also in online world especially on social network site, on web sites where users of those web sites create content which is often not moderated by web site owners strictly. This new service from Nielsen is part of their Digital Strategic Services Group. US presidential campaigns often define importance in online media and in constant evaluation what other people are saying online. Paying big attention to online brand reputation is one of the key topics in business magazines and Internet consultants in western world but that trend will inevitably come to less developed Internet countries, as well.

In UK in 2009. online ads will surpass TV ads
0 comments date: author: Dejan Bizinger 6. January 2008. | category: Internet marketing articles.UK will be probably the first country from the group of major advertising countries in the world where the total online ad spending in 2009. will be higher than total TV ad spending according to a study released by agency GroupM (part of WPP network).
Also, it is estimated that online ads will surpass TV ads in Sweden within the next 12 months. Logical answer for UK market is that BBC is publicly funded so they are not depended on advertisers.
WPP’s GroupM in their study “This Year, Next Year” study doesn’t think that online ads will surpass TV ads in UK in 2008. they predict that at the end of 2008. online ads will have 24.8% and TV ads 26% of marketshare.. However, they also think it will happen in 2009.
It is interesting that the forecasted Internet spending be more than 10% of the total global ad spending.

Karike.com or “Why I Haven’t Written Anything Lately Here”?
0 comments date: author: Dejan Bizinger 8. December 2007. | category: Social networking, Startups.
Many of you probably ask yourself where are new posts from eMarketingBlog.com Well, I was very busy with preparing my new project, a social networking web site called Karike.com to get from (almost) private beta to a public beta. In the next week we will start with online advertising, I have already placed Karike.com logos on some of mine web site (see in the upper-right corner).
Now, a little bit about the service. Karike.com is a social networking web site aimed to Serbian market. There you can post your photos (where your face can be seen) so other people can rate you, you can place photos in your albums, have your own blog, play thousand popular online games, read news that interests you at one place via RSS, make clubs… It is a local version of a highly popular Rate.ee web site, and part of the Estonian company Rate Solutions. Rate Solutions has or soon will have local social network sites in more than 12 countries in Europe and in some countries outside of Europe like Brasil. It is very exciting to be part of this team even when Facebook and other international social networks are very popular. It is a challenge.
I suggest you to register on Karike.com and see if you are Hot or Not ![]()

We suggest that you find some French guy (or maybe even better French girl :-)) for your team. First, to read and undesrtand his announcement and also it doesn’t hurt that the pitch be in French (you know that French can be vulnerable about English language). This is great PR for him.
